Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure that all clients have access to available appointment slots and to maintain the efficiency of our scheduling process. Please review the following details regarding our cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice:
We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a therapy session. This advance notice allows us to offer the reserved time slot to other clients in need of services.
Cancellation Fee:
In the event that a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or in case of a no-show, a cancellation fee may apply. The cancellation fee will be determined by the therapist and will not be less than $50.
The cancellation fee is intended to compensate for the time that was reserved for your session and cannot be filled by another client due to short notice.
