    Typically, therapy sessions are scheduled weekly. However, this can vary depending on your needs and preferences. We can discuss what frequency would work best for you during our initial session.

  • Is therapy confidential?

    Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. Your privacy is important, and what you discuss in therapy is kept confidential except in certain legal exceptions (such as if there's a risk of harm to yourself or others).

  • Do you offer virtual therapy sessions?

    Yes, I do offer virtual therapy sessions. Virtual sessions provide flexibility and convenience, allowing you to attend therapy from the comfort of your own home.

  • What approach do you use in therapy?

    My therapeutic approach is influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Spiritual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (S-CBT), and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC). I also incorporate techniques from Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Mindfulness, Assertiveness Training, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Grief Counseling.

  • How can I schedule an appointment?

  • How do I know if therapy is right for me?

    Therapy can be beneficial for anyone who is experiencing emotional distress, struggling with relationships, feeling stuck, or wanting to make positive changes in their life. If you're unsure, an initial consultation can help us determine if therapy is a good fit for you.

  • How much does therapy cost?

    We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation by phone to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and address any questions you may have about our services. During this consultation, you can also schedule your first appointment if availability allows or be placed on our waiting list. Our Intake Session and Evaluation is $160. Our Individual Psychotherapy Sessions are $130 (for 53-60 minutes), $115 (for 45 minutes), and $100 (for 30 minutes).

    We operate on a private pay basis only and do not accept insurance directly. However, most insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that may cover a portion of your session fees once your deductible has been met.
