Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice:

• We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a therapy session. This advance notice allows us to offer the reserved time slot to other clients in need of services.

Cancellation Fee:

• In the event that a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or in case of a no-show, a cancellation fee may apply. The cancellation fee will be determined by the therapist and will not be less than $50.
• The cancellation fee is intended to compensate for the time that was reserved for your session and cannot be filled by another client due to short notice.
